Customers may open the package to inspect the item after delivery. Returned products must remain unused, undamaged, and properly repacked to help prevent damage during return transit.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. After reviewing the information provided, Westarden will offer a reasonable solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund.

For confirmed shipping damage, product defects, missing items, or incorrect fulfillment caused by Westarden or our shipping partners, Westarden will cover the related return shipping cost where a return is required.

4. Personal Preference Returns

Personal preference returns include reasons such as change of mind, color preference, style preference, size preference, measurement error, or ordering the wrong item.

The 15% restocking fee applies only to customer-responsible returns. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, repacking, and refurbishment costs after the returned item is received.

Westarden does not charge a restocking fee for confirmed damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items caused by shipping or fulfillment issues.

5. Fragile Home Décor Items

For fragile home décor items, including vases, glass vessels, ceramic décor, plaster décor, decorative objects, and similar items, we strongly recommend inspecting the product immediately after delivery.

Fragile items must be carefully repacked using the original protective materials. If an item is damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging, the customer may be responsible for the loss or reduced refund amount.

6. Return Authorization

Please do not send any item back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may delay refund processing.

The return address may vary depending on the product type, warehouse routing, and carrier requirements. Westarden will confirm the correct return destination after your return request is reviewed and approved.

The warehouse address listed on our website may not be the correct return address for every item. Please do not return products to the original shipping address or warehouse address unless our customer service team has provided written approval.

For customer-responsible returns, Westarden may provide a prepaid return label upon request when available. If a prepaid label is used, the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund.

7. Refused Delivery and Failed Delivery

Package returned to warehouse due to customer-related reason Refund will be processed after inspection, with applicable deductions where allowed under this policy.

Unapproved delivery refusal may delay refund processing because the package may not be routed directly to the correct return facility.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error after placing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with cancellation requests before the order enters dispatch, packing, production, or shipping preparation. Once an order has moved into the shipping or production stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an item is returned in used, damaged, incomplete, or unsellable condition, the refund may be reduced or refused after inspection.
