1. Order Processing and Cut-off Time
At Westarden, we aim to provide clear shipping information and a reliable delivery experience for every customer. Please review the shipping terms below before placing your order.

The estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and transit time.
Certain oversized, specialty, handcrafted, or made-to-order products may require additional preparation time. If additional time is needed, Westarden will notify you by email.

Westarden currently ships to the contiguous United States only.
We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.
4. Shipping Costs

All applicable charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
If any additional service, special handling, or delivery upgrade is requested by the customer, additional fees may apply and will be confirmed before payment.
5. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active in the carrier’s system after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, you may contact us at support@westarden.com for assistance.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully check your shipping address before placing an order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation.
Westarden is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, redelivery fees, or package loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@westarden.com.
7. Delivery Delays
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our direct control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather conditions
Carrier transportation disruptions
Public holidays
High shipping volume
Warehouse routing delays
Unexpected logistical events
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@westarden.com. We will review the order status and help provide an appropriate update or solution.
For Home Décor & In-Stock Items, the estimated delivery window is 7–15 business days.
For Large Furniture & Specialty Items, the estimated delivery window is 25–40 business days.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or with missing components, please contact Westarden within 72 hours of delivery. To help us review your case efficiently, please include your order number, clear photos of the product, photos of the outer packaging, and photos of the shipping label.
For confirmed shipping damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or missing components, Westarden will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund depending on the situation.
9. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

If redelivery is requested after a package has been returned, additional shipping charges may apply.
Please do not refuse delivery without contacting Westarden first. Unauthorized delivery refusal may delay refund processing and may result in carrier-charged return freight costs.
10. Large Item Delivery Notes
Some large furniture, oversized décor, or specialty home items may be delivered by freight or scheduled carrier service.
Customers may be contacted by the carrier to arrange a delivery appointment. Please make sure the phone number and email address provided at checkout are accurate and reachable.
For large item deliveries, an adult may be required to be present at the delivery address to receive and inspect the shipment.
Customers are responsible for making sure that the delivery address is accessible for the carrier, including entry roads, gates, building access, elevators, and receiving areas where applicable.
